Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Because many of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, please allow additional time during peak seasons.

Domestic Shipping (US): Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping: International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@thegracefulgay.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
